Welcome to Iran Trade Fair. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the purchase and delivery of exhibitor lists from international exhibitions in Iran.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

We provide digital exhibitor lists collected from official exhibition catalogues. These lists are sold for informational and commercial use by exporters, marketers, and other B2B professionals.

All data is provided as a PDF file (image format) delivered via email.

2. Order Process

To place an order, users must complete a booking form, select the exhibition and year(s), and provide accurate contact information. Each exhibitor list is priced based on the selected year(s).

Once the form is submitted and payment is received, we will deliver the digital file as described.

3. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Time: Lists are delivered within 3 working days after payment is confirmed. Most deliveries are completed within 1 working day.
  • Upcoming Exhibitions: Exhibitor lists for upcoming exhibitions will become available on the first day of the event. If you order in advance, your list will be delivered within 3 working days after it becomes available.
  • Delivery Method: All lists are sent by email to the address provided during checkout.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices vary depending on the selected year(s). All prices are listed in euros (€).

We accept major international cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and UnionPay.

5. Refund Policy

As exhibitor lists are digital products, all sales are considered final once delivery is complete. However, if we are unable to deliver the product you ordered (e.g., due to unavailability), we will issue a full refund within 10 working days.

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction unless the list is materially incomplete or incorrect and no resolution is possible.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
  • Use the exhibitor lists only for legal and legitimate business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data provided but do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of all information.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or business outcome resulting from use of the data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
