1. Eligibility

2. Our Role as a Booking Platform

Iran Trade Fair acts solely as an intermediary between users and hotels in Iran. We facilitate the reservation process, but do not own, operate, or manage any hotels listed on the platform. The service is delivered directly by the hotels, and your contractual relationship for the stay is with the hotel, not Iran Trade Fair.

3. Booking Process

  • Hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Upon successful payment, A payment receipt will be sent to the email provided during checkout.
  • If the specific room or hotel you booked is not available, we will:
  • Propose a similar hotel or room of comparable standard.
  • If the alternative costs more, you will be required to pay the difference to confirm the new booking.
  • If the alternative costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
  • If none of the proposed alternatives are acceptable to you, we will issue a full refund.
  • To ensure smooth communication, you must provide a valid email address and phone number during booking. If we need to contact you to propose an alternative hotel or resolve any issues with your booking, we expect a timely response. Failure to respond within a reasonable time may affect your booking outcome or refund eligibility.

4. Payment Terms

All prices on the platform are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies are clearly displayed on the hotel’s booking page before you complete your reservation. Non-refundable bookings cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
  • If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and payment information.
  • Ensure that your email and phone number are valid and reachable, and respond promptly to any communications from us regarding your booking.
  • Respect the rules and policies of the hotel you book.
  • Avoid any misuse or unauthorized use of our services.

7. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to update or discontinue parts of the service or website at any time without prior notice. We may modify these Terms, and continued use of the website after changes implies your acceptance.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Iran Trade Fair is not responsible for the quality, safety, or experience provided by the hotel.
  • We are not liable for damages beyond the amount paid for the booking on our platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, design, and technology used on the website are the property of Iran Trade Fair or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, sanctions, political unrest, or technical interruptions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iran. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Shiraz, Iran.
