Welcome to Iran Trade Fair (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.IranTradeFair.com, and the hotel booking services provided through our platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services. 

1. Scope of Service

We provide pre-arranged transportation services, including airport transfers and full-day vehicle services. Vehicles are operated by professional chauffeurs, and bookings must be made in advance via our website or approved channels. 

2. User Responsibilities

By booking with us, you confirm that: 

  • All information provided is accurate and complete. 
  • You are authorized to make a booking on behalf of yourself or others. 
  • You will be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time. 
  • You will comply with local laws and the chauffeur’s reasonable instructions during transport. 

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include the cost of the vehicle, driver, and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. 
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services or waiting time not included in the original booking. 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Advance Cancellations 

  • You can cancel your booking up to 9 days before the scheduled pickup time. 
    • A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded. 

Late Cancellations 

  • Cancellations made less than 9 days before the scheduled service are non-refundable. 
    • No-shows or missed pickups will also be charged 100% of the booking fee. 

Refund Processing 

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued within 14 business days via your original payment method. 

5. Delays 

  • We monitor flight arrival times when applicable and allow a grace period of up to 1 hour after the scheduled pickup time at no extra charge. 
  • If the delay exceeds 1 hour, a surcharge equal to 40% of the total pickup/drop-off price per additional hour will be applied. 
  • In case of significant delays, we reserve the right to cancel the service. 

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for: 

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. 
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings during the transfer. 
  • Any indirect or consequential damages. 

7. Use of Website

Users agree not to: 

  • Use the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes. 
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers. 
  • Copy or reproduce any content without permission. 

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iran. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Shiraz, Iran.
