🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

✅ Advance Cancellations

• You can cancel your booking up to 9 days before the scheduled pickup time.
  • A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded.

❗ Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 9 days before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or missed pickups will also be charged 100% of the booking fee.

💳 Refund Processing

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued within 14 business days via your original payment method.
