About the Previous Periods of Iran Telecom Exhibition

The 12th Period

This course was held at the permanent place of international exhibitions in Tehran. 170 domestic companies and 38 foreign companies from 11 different countries were ready to introduce their new products and services to those interested.

The 13th Period

In this period of the exhibition, 185 domestic companies and production units and 22 foreign companies from eight countries of the world (Germany, England, Italy, China, Switzerland, Canada, South Korea, and Poland) displayed their latest achievements. In this exhibition, the companies under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the group of Iranian telecommunications companies, the first, second, third, and fourth operators, and private sector companies were present. In addition to domestic and foreign companies, a number of technical universities in the country, related news sites, and publications related to the telecommunications industry were also present. Also, educational and specialized workshops and seminars were held by Infrastructure Communications Company, Radio Communications Regulatory Organization, and Iran Telecommunications Group during the exhibition. Telecom 2012 welcomed visitors in an area of 26,500 square meters.

The 14th Period

In the 14th edition, more than 200 domestic companies and production units and 60 foreign companies or their representatives from 12 countries of the world exhibited their latest achievements in the field of communication, telecommunications, and information technology.

The 15th Period

About 45 to 60 foreign companies and more than 115 domestic companies were present in Telecom 2014.

The 16th Period

This exhibition was attended by the country's active operators and telecommunications companies, with the presence of more than 212 domestic companies as well as 80 foreign companies from Slovakia, the United Arab Emirates, Italy, Germany, Taiwan, Turkey, the Czech Republic, China, Russia, Singapore, and Switzerland., Serbia, France, Croatia, Poland, Lithuania, Malaysia, and India at the permanent place of international exhibitions in Tehran.

The 17th Period

The 17th edition of the international telecom exhibition was held from October 4th to October 7th with the presence of 220 domestic and 95 foreign companies from 22 countries in a space of over 30,000 square meters. Foreign companies from Spain, Slovakia, England, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Germany, Czech Republic, China, Japan, Sweden, France, Finland, Kazakhstan, Canada, South Korea, Kuwait, Poland, Netherlands, India, Vietnam and Greece were present at the 17th Telecom Exhibition, where the presence of foreign companies was increased by 22% compared to last year.

The 18th Period

The 18th International Exhibition of Telecommunications and Information Industries (Iran Telecom 2017) the largest event in the field of communication technologies was held for 4 days at the permanent location of Tehran International Exhibitions.

The 19th Period

The 19th edition of the Telecom Exhibition was opened in the permanent location of Tehran International Exhibitions with the presence of Mohammad Javad Azari Jahormi, Minister of Communications and Information Technology. The International Exhibition of Telecommunications and Information Industries, which was considered the largest event and gathering in the field of telecommunications and communications in the country, was held with the presence of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Iran Telecommunication Company under the title "Iran Telecommunication Group", the companies of the Iran Telecommunication Syndicate along with 130 companies from the private sector, 16 companies from the public sector, and 20 foreign companies. 230 domestic production units and 24 foreign companies or their representatives were located in 32,000 square meters, and foreign participants from 5 countries, Italy, Germany, China, Russia, and Poland, were present at the Telecom Exhibition.

Location and Facilities of Tehran Exhibition Center

Tehran’s permanent exhibition center is located in the north of Tehran, on the Chamran highway, which is accessible from all highways. The total area of the exhibition is about 850,000 square meters, of which 120,000 square meters are specified for indoor space and 35,000 square meters are specified for exhibition space. The exhibition center has about 22 hectares of green space that have created a pleasant environment for participants and visitors and about 21 hectares of access roads to the halls and grounds.

Visitors can get a map related to the exhibition from the information kiosks, in which the general map of the exhibition and the names of the participants are written on the back.
Visitors can travel between the halls by using the electric cars that are available in the exhibition area.
