The 22nd edition of the International Metallurgical Exhibition (Metafo) will start in 2025 at the permanent location of the Tehran International Exhibitions Center and will bring together activists and experts in a specialized and commercial environment. This exhibition was widely welcomed by domestic and international activists and was approved by UFI last year with the presence of more than 450 companies from 17 different countries in 20,501 square meters of exhibition space. In this exhibition, domestic and international industrial companies present their products, technical capabilities, and innovations to visitors and take advantage of the interaction with industry professionals and available opportunities.

You can kindly find a brief report about the previous periods of the exhibition in the following lines. The first Iran International Metallurgy (Metafo) exhibition was held 17 years ago. From this period onwards, the car exhibition has been continuously held in Tehran every year.
The 12th period of Iran Metafo was held in 2015 with the presence of Iranian and non-Iranian companies in the Tehran International Exhibitions Center.
The 13th edition of the Metafo Iran International Exhibition started at the permanent location of the Tehran International Exhibitions with the presence of 450 companies from 22 different countries, in 11,185 square meters of exhibition space.
The 14th period of Iran Metafo was held in 2017 with the presence of Iranian and non-Iranian companies in the Tehran International Exhibitions Center.
The 15th International Metallurgy Exhibition (Iran Metafo) was held at the permanent location of Tehran International Exhibitions. This period of this annual exhibition was held in six groups; In the iron and steel sector, raw material and mineral production industries, raw steel and iron alloys, iron and steel factories, steel industry equipment and machinery, and all kinds of steel products.
The 16th International Metallurgical Exhibition (Steel, Mining Industries, Forging, and Machining, Molding, and Casting) was held at the permanent location of Iran International Exhibitions. This exhibition was held with the presence of 297 domestic companies and 85 foreign companies in 27,300 square meters of exhibition space. The countries of Italy, China, Turkey, India, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, England, Mexico, France, Australia, Sweden, Russia, Japan, and Spain were among the foreign countries participating in this exhibition.
The 17th edition of the Metafo exhibition was held at the permanent location of Tehran International Exhibitions. At the 17th Metafo International event, more than 180 domestic and foreign companies were present in an area of about 18,000 square meters. The foreign companies present at this international event were from Italy, China, and Turkey.
Tehran’s permanent exhibition center is located in the north of Tehran, on the Chamran highway, which is accessible from all highways. The total area of the exhibition is about 850,000 square meters, of which 120,000 square meters are specified for indoor space and 35,000 square meters are specified for exhibition space. The exhibition center has about 22 hectares of green space that have created a pleasant environment for participants and visitors and about 21 hectares of access roads to the halls and grounds.
