These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the in-person interpreter services provided by IranTradeFair (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Duration and Overtime Policy

  • Each booking includes one full day of interpreter service (up to 8 hours).
  • If you need the interpreter for more than 8 hours in a day, extra hours are possible and will be charged separately.
  • The cost of each extra hour is calculated as one-eighth (1/8) of the daily rate.

For example, if the daily rate is €100, each additional hour will cost €12.50.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made online through our platform.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the service.
  • Prices are shown in Euro and include interpreter fees for the specified number of days.
  • No services will be delivered without confirmed payment.
  • Bookings must be made at least 72 hours before the intended service date. If a booking is made less than 72 hours in advance, we will do our best to allocate an interpreter, but we do not guarantee availability.  If we are unable to allocate an interpreter, 90% of the amount paid will be refunded, and a 10% processing fee will be retained.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate information during booking, including date, city, and purpose.
  • The interpreter’s daily working time is 8 hours, including short breaks.
  • Clients must inform us in advance of any location changes or special conditions.

4. Interpreter Conduct

  • Our interpreters are professionals trained in maintaining confidentiality and accurate communication.
  • Please note: Our interpreters do not provide official/certified translations. Their role is limited to facilitating verbal communication between parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any loss, delay, or damage caused by miscommunication, incorrect interpretation, or external events.
  • Any injury or incident during client travel or meetings where the interpreter is present.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking if you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. In such cases, 90% of the total amount will be refunded. A 10% processing fee will be deducted.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date are non-refundable.
  • No-Show: If the client fails to appear at the agreed location and time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
  • Provider Cancellation: If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a 100% refund will be issued within 10 working days.
  • How to Cancel: Email us at support@IranTradeFair.com or send a message via WhatsApp at +98 901 709 7978. Cancellations are only valid once confirmed in writing by our team.
  • Refund Timing: Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days.
