Applies to: Daily in-person interpreter services booked through our website.

1. Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking if you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of your interpreter service.

• In such cases, we will issue a refund of 90% of the total booking amount.

• A 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and payment gateway costs.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date are non-refundable, as interpreters are reserved in advance and resources are allocated to each booking.

3. No-Show Policy

If the client fails to appear at the agreed location and time without prior notice, the service will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Provider Cancellation

If we are unable to provide an interpreter due to unforeseen circumstances on our side (e.g., illness, emergency, or technical issue), you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid within 10 working days.
